Your Agreement to These Terms

By accessing or using the website www.voiceofvisionsacademy.in, submitting an enquiry form, communicating with us via WhatsApp, or participating in any training programme offered by Voice of Visions Academy (a unit of Mr. & Mrs. Happiness Initiatives), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you are below the age of 18 years, your use of our services must be with the knowledge, involvement, and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who shall be jointly bound by these Terms.

Your First Two Sessions — Completely Free

As part of our commitment to accessible, pressure-free education, Voice of Visions Academy offers the first two sessions of any course completely free of charge. No payment is required upfront. No financial commitment is made by either party during or before these sessions.

• The two free sessions are available once per course per individual learner
• Free sessions must be attended at the mutually scheduled time — missed sessions without prior notice of at least 2 hours may be considered utilised
• Free sessions are non-transferable to another person
• Voice of Visions Academy reserves the right to limit, modify, or withdraw the free session offer at any time, with prior notice on our website

Enrolment & Personalised Course Design

Following your free sessions, if you choose to enrol in a paid programme, a personalised course plan will be designed specifically for you. Every student's journey at Voice of Visions Academy is unique — course duration, session frequency, content focus, and learning milestones are all customised based on your specific goals, current level, schedule, and learning pace.

Enrolment is confirmed upon mutual agreement of the personalised course plan and the receipt of the applicable course fee as discussed and agreed between you and the academy. A formal course discussion and agreement will take place before any fees are charged.

Voice of Visions Academy reserves the right to decline enrolment to any individual at our discretion, without being required to provide a reason, particularly in cases where we believe our programme is not a suitable fit for the individual's needs or circumstances.

Fees, Payment & Refund Policy

Course fees at Voice of Visions Academy are discussed and agreed upon individually as part of the personalised course design process. There are no fixed published prices because every programme is custom-built for each student. Fees are transparent, discussed openly, and agreed in writing (via WhatsApp or email) before any payment is made.

• Before Course Commencement — If you cancel your enrolment before the paid course commences, a full refund will be issued, less any applicable processing charges.
• After Course Commencement — If sessions have already commenced, refunds will be considered on a pro-rata basis for sessions not yet utilised, at the discretion of the academy, taking into account preparation and customisation work already undertaken.
• Missed Sessions — Sessions missed by the student without prior notice of at least 24 hours are considered utilised and are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled with adequate notice, subject to trainer availability.
• Academy-Initiated Cancellations — If a session is cancelled by the academy, it will be rescheduled at no extra cost, or a credit for that session will be applied to your account.

Your Responsibilities as a Student

To ensure the best possible learning experience for yourself and the respect of our trainers' time and dedication, we ask all students to observe the following responsibilities:

• Punctuality — Join sessions on time. If you need to reschedule, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Honest Communication — Provide accurate information about your learning goals, current level, and challenges. This directly impacts the quality of your personalised programme.
• Respectful Conduct — All interactions with our trainers and staff — via sessions, WhatsApp, or any other channel — must be conducted with mutual respect and professional courtesy.
• Active Participation — The success of your training journey depends greatly on your own effort, practice, and engagement between sessions.
• Technical Readiness — Ensure you have a stable internet connection, a functioning device with a working camera and microphone, and a quiet environment for online sessions.
• Confidentiality — You must not record, share, reproduce, or distribute session content, training materials, or proprietary methods of Voice of Visions Academy without our express written consent.

What We Commit to You

Voice of Visions Academy is committed to delivering a professional, caring, and genuinely transformative learning experience. Our responsibilities to every enrolled student include:

• Qualified, Dedicated Trainers — All sessions are conducted by experienced, trained professionals who are committed to your growth.
• Personalised Attention — Your course is designed exclusively for you. We do not apply generic, one-size-fits-all training.
• Timely Communication — We will respond to your enquiries and concerns within 24 hours during working days.
• Confidentiality — Your personal information and the details of your learning journey will be kept confidential as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• Honest Guidance — We will provide honest feedback and guidance throughout your learning journey, even when that means encouraging patience and realistic goal-setting.

Ownership of Content & Materials

All content, training materials, course frameworks, methodologies, exercises, worksheets, presentations, website content, logos, and any other materials created and used by Voice of Visions Academy are the exclusive intellectual property of Mr. & Mrs. Happiness Initiatives.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, limited licence to use any materials shared with you solely for your own learning purposes during the course of your enrolment. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any course materials to third parties
• Use our materials for commercial purposes or for teaching others
• Share session recordings (if any are made with consent) publicly or with others
• Claim authorship or ownership of any content produced by Voice of Visions Academy

Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in immediate termination of your enrolment and may be subject to legal action under applicable Indian intellectual property law.

Code of Conduct & Termination of Enrolment

Voice of Visions Academy is a safe, respectful, and professional learning environment. We expect all students to uphold this standard throughout their engagement with us.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend a student's enrolment immediately and without refund in the following circumstances:

• Disrespectful, abusive, or threatening behaviour towards any trainer or staff member
• Repeated, unexplained absence from scheduled sessions without communication
• Sharing, recording, or misusing course content or materials in violation of Section 8
• Providing false information during enrolment or in communications with us
• Any conduct that is illegal, harmful, or contrary to the values of Voice of Visions Academy

You may also choose to discontinue your enrolment at any time by notifying us in writing. Refund eligibility in such cases will be governed by Section 5.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Voice of Visions Academy and Mr. & Mrs. Happiness Initiatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our training programmes.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of employment, loss of income, failure in external examinations (including IELTS), or any other outcome that depends on factors outside our direct control.

We also do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the website's availability but cannot guarantee it at all times.

Changes to These Terms & Conditions

Voice of Visions Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective from the date they are published on this page, marked by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top.

For enrolled students, material changes to terms that affect your current programme will be communicated directly via WhatsApp or email with reasonable advance notice. Your continued enrolment following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India. Both parties agree to act in good faith and with a genuine desire to resolve disagreements amicably.
